Jalene is a title searcher and
account administrator for Epic Abstract. She has over five years
experience in the real estate field. Her researching skills are
systematic and efficient. Jalene is personable with clients and
thorough with all work performed.
Jay Williams ext. 303
Jay is the property report manager for Epic Abstract. His skills
have been utilized at Epic for over nine years in various areas of
research. Jay brings to Epic the integration of real estate
knowledge and practical experience to provide our clients with the

Lisa S. Peters ext. 304
Lisa is the owner of Epic Abstract Inc. and Epic Settlement
Services, Inc. She opened the businesses in April 1994, and has
more than 20 years experience in settlements, title insurance and
abstracting research. Lisa is a title insurance agent licensed
through the Pennsylvania Dept. of Insurance. She is also an
affiliate member of the Centre County Association of Realtors and is
the chair of the Affiliate Advisory Committee. She is also a member
of the Nittany Valley Symphony Board of Directors.
